On Sunday, June 7 our students, parents, and staff enjoyed student performances, games, inflatable equipment, food, and fellowship with friends the entire afternoon. The joyous and euphoric atmosphere allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the festivities. This was the second event of this nature coordinated by our Parent Teacher Support Committee.
A couple hundred people attended this successful carnival. Money raised during the event will go to help the PTSC finance other activities and programs for our students and school. On behalf of Tavlian Preschool and Kindergarten, we want to thank all the devoted PTSC members and school board members who coordinated the carnival, the outstanding volunteers who helped during the carnival, those generous individuals and businesses in the community that sponsored and made donations, the tremendous staff for their assistance, our custodian and volunteer dads for their hard work before and after the event, and lastly our wonderful families who came out and supported our school. Successes like this do not happen without the support of dedicated people. Thank you!

NAEYC's Reaccredition

Our school which received its accreditation from National Association for the Educational of Young children (NAEYC), on 2000, has gone through the re-evaluation process this year and has granted this class-worthy recognition through June 30, 2009.
