Tuition and School Fees for the 2025-2026 School Year
REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee will be $625.00 per child (non-refundable) paid at the time of the registration.
Late registration will be accepted from Monday, March 10 through Friday, March 14, 2025, for an additional fee of $100.00
BOARD OF REGENTS STUDENT FEE:
The Board of Regents governs and sets policies & procedures for all Prelacy Armenian Schools. The Board of Regents student fee of $150.00 (non-refundable) will be paid at the time of registration.
SUPPLY FEE:
There will be a $550 fee per child (non-refundable) for educational supplies, library books, art supplies, and a copy of the yearbook, paid at the time of registration.
FIELD TRIP/IN-HOUSE ASSEMBLIES FEE:
In order to have a safe, healthy, and educational environment, the administration and PSC organize different field trips and in-house programs. “Field Trips” and “In House” educational programs’ fee will be paid at the time of the occurrence with the monthly tuition.
KINDERGARTEN TEXTBOOK FEE:
K.G. Books will be sold at the beginning of the school year, August, (approximately $450, price to be announced after receiving the receipts).
PARENT INVOLVEMENT PLAN (PIP):
$350.00 (non-refundable) or 25 hours of volunteer work per family. The first adjustment will be charged at the end of January 2026, and the final adjustment will be charged at the end of May 2026.
TUITION (MONTHLY):
Blue Group/Kindergarten monthly tuition fee of the school year 2025-2026 for ten (10) months is as follows:
7:30 AM – 3:00 PM: $1,100
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM: $1,150
Green Group/Pre-K monthly tuition fee of the school year 2025-2026 for ten (10) months is as follows:
7:30 AM – 3:15 PM: $1,100
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM: $1,150
Red Group (3 Y.O.) monthly tuition fee of the school year 2025-2026 for ten (10) months is as follows:
7:30 AM – 3:30 PM: $1,100
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM: $1,150
Purple Group (2 Y.O.) monthly tuition fee of the school year 2025-2026 for ten (10) months is as follows:
7:30 AM – 3:30 PM: $1,150
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM: $1,200
*Monthly potty-training fee for non-potty-trained Purple Group: $100
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Late pick-up fee: $5 per child for every 15 minutes
Earthquake Preparation and Campus Security fee: $450.00 ($225 paid at the time of registration (non-refundable) and $225 will be paid in October)
NO SUPERVISION AFTER 4:00 PM.
Payment Policies and Information
All checks should be made payable to “Tavlian Preschool”. As a non-profit organization, all fees are used to support the school. As the school is maintained through tuition, prompt monthly payments are crucial. The tuition is based on a ten (10) month school year, starting from August 2025 through May 2026. Absenteeism due to sickness, travel, or school closures for holidays does not excuse parents from their tuition obligations.
The tuition should be paid on the first day of each month. There will be a $25.00 late fee applied to payments made after the 5th. After three penalties, the fee increases to $75.00 (no exceptions). Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks incur a $35.00 charge, plus any applicable late fees, and must be replaced with cash, money order, or cashier’s check.
For tuition or registration payments made with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will apply.
